Zinc Phosphating

Zinc phosphating is the pre-treatment method for steel, iron and hot-dip galvanised work pieces. The method provides good adhesion for subsequent paints and inhibits corrosion.

In the case of zinc phosphating, a dipping process is used in a fully automatic pre-treatment plant.

We can zinc phosphate items of 2,000 x 750 x 1,400 mm and with an item weight of up to 450 kg.
