Manual grit blasting
Grit blasting (formerly sand blasting) is an important pre-treatment method for the subsequent surface treatment to achieve optimal adhesion and correct corrosion class.
We have various facilities for e.g. steel, stainless steel and aluminium (dust-free). The blasting agents are steel grit (HG 18 and HG 25) and precious corundum (NK F 24 and NK F 70).
The plants can handle items up to approx. 15 x 7 meters and 30 tons.

Grit blasting with robot
We can robot-blast items of 3,200 x 3,200 x 1,000 mm and with a work piece weight of up to 2,000 kg. We blast with steel grit, among others, for steel components.
JAI-O has 4 cabins for blasting
The cabins can take items up to approx. 15 x 7 meters and 30 tons.
