Chemical Conversion
Conversion with chrome 3 is the pre-treatment method used especially for aluminium. Formerly known as Chromating.
The items can be die-cast, sand-cast or mold-cast aluminium as well as aluminium items, plates and other metals such as magnesium.
We can convert items of 2,000 x 750 x 1,400 mm and with an item weight of up to 450 kg.
JAI-O supplies chrome 3 according to MIL-C-5541 type 2, class 1A and 3.
